Colorado Springs Vegan Events and The Carter Payne are excited to help kick off Colorado Springs Vegan Restaurant Week! Chef Brent of Immerse Cuisine at The Carter Payne has put together a special menu of vegan appetizers and hors d’oeuvres (included with your ticket), and the three beverage vendors that share the space will each have Vegan Week specials (available for purchase). We’ll have the special menus for each participating establishment printed and available for perusal to help you plan your week, and we’ve invited Chefs from each participating restaurant to join us and share a bit about the items they’ll be featuring during the week. So come and meet your neighbors, make friends, and network with other members of the Colorado Springs vegan community.
